If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Medication Packaging Solutions LLC within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise
Refunds & Credits
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your credit card. Products damaged during shipment will be replaced free of charge. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage during shipping. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the items(s) please complete the online Return and Exchange Form immediately. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.
Exchanges
If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Medication Packaging Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse the return.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, instruction sheets, and all accessories.
Medication Packaging Solutions LLC is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any product bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the product only.
