This 7-Day Multi-Med Card is easy to Fill, just 4 easy Steps
In this example this person takes nine pills per day, 5 pills in the morning and 4 pills in the afternoon. So we will use two 31-day cards per month. One card for all of the morning pills and one card for all of the evening pills. (We’ll be adding morning and evening labels to help distinguish each card) If this person needed to take pills in the morning, afternoon, evening and bedtime, they would need 4 cards per month. You now only have to fill your multi-med cards once a month, this saves you time and worry especially when filling a loved ones card as a caregiver.
Morning and Evening Medications
We’ll be filling 2 cards, 1 card with five morning medications and 1 card with four evening medications.
Step 1. Peel Morning Card
Remove the pressure sensitive liner from the card to reveal the sealing surface.

Step 2. Insert your Morning Card
Place the card on the sealing template (glue side up). Next, insert the blister sheet into the card.
Step 3. Filling your Morning Card
Next to add your five morning medications, place one of each of your five medications into each of the 31 blisters, so you’ll end up with five different medications in each blister.
Step 4. Fold Over and Seal your Morning Card
Fold the sealing surface over to cover the filled blisters and use the roller with even pressure to seal.

Next, lets fill your Evening Card by repeating Step 1 and Step 2 from above for the second card.
Step 3. Filling the Evening Card
Next to add your four evening medications, place your medications into each of the 31 blisters, so you’ll end up with four different medications in each blister.
Step 4. Fold Over and Seal the Evening Card
Fold the sealing surface over to cover the filled blisters and use the roller with even pressure to seal.
