A two part (separate card and blister) multi-med card that is easy to assemble and use. This 7 day card is broken into morning, noon, evening and bedtime.

Approx. 6 meds can be inserted into the larger morning and bedtime blisters and approx. 4 meds can be inserted into the smaller noon and evening blisters, this card is perfect for patients on a moderate multi-medication regime.
